Skyline Restoration is hosting its 13th Annual Charitable Golf Classic to benefit The Skyline Charitable Foundation (TSCF) on Monday, July 12, 2021, at the Old Westbury Golf & Country Club (270 Wheatley Road, Old Westbury, NY 11568).
Every year, we count on the generocity of our sponsors to make this fundraising event successful and allow TSCF to continue its mission: to promote the well-being of individuals of all ages and background by helping them overcome challenges that prohibit their physical, mental and social growth.
One of the biggest challenges that preexisted and grew to critical levels during the Covid-19 pandemic is food insecurity for individuals and families in our city and especially in The Bronx with its 15th District, the poorest district in the nation, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. As of April 1st, of last year, TSCF has been running RAP4Bronx, a Relief Access Program created to collect and distribute meals, groceries, and essential supplies to communities in need throughout NYC and especially in The Bronx. As of today, thanks to generous sponsors, community partners, and volunteers, we have been able to distribute over one million meals, and we are hoping to be able to continue to help our communities overcome this challenge and recover. While we do this, we continue to support charities we’ve been supporting for many years, and, as always, please let us know if you have a preferable organization that we should reach.
The Annual Golf Classic is an eventful day from start to finish, and there are many ways to be a part of the excitement and show your support by choosing among the many levels of sponsorship.
